In Q4 of 2019, we challenged ourselves to tap the power of automation and give all of our digital clients the capability to access live results of their campaigns. The goal was to both increase client confidence and reduce our reporting time.
Throughout Q4 of 2019, our dedicated digital team harnessed automation and set up ‘Live Trackers’ for every client campaign via Google Data Studio.
This means clients now have full visibility into paid digital and website performance. This provides transparency in our client relationships, plus frees up our time to focus on other areas and drive real, quantifiable growth on all accounts.
We successfully set up Live Trackers for each client and showed them how to access their dashboards and gauge performance on digital campaigns.
This not only enhanced our client relationships and optimised our time; it nabbed us an agency nomination in the Q4 Google Partner Awards in the category of ‘Automation & Display!’ We’re proud to be Google Premier Partners, and it’s this sort of innovation for our clients that helps us push ourselves to deliver award-winning results.
